Work At Snowsport

We’re looking for enthusiastic Casual Retail Staff to join the Snowsport team in Thredbo and Perisher for the winter season.

If you love winter sports, premium brands, and helping customers find the perfect gear for their next trip, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of the Snowsport retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming store environment and assist customers with everything from ski jackets and goggles to technical outerwear and accessories.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Assist customers with product selection and sizing
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
• Process sales through POS Support stock organisation and store operations

About You

• Friendly, reliable and positive attitude Interest in snow sports, fashion, or outdoor lifestyle
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential
• Available weekends and busy winter periods
• You’ll be joining a team that shares a passion for snow, travel, and great gear — and helping customers get excited for their next trip to the mountains.
