Shipping Information

International Postage 

We ship same day.

If you choose to send your item back to us from abroad, you will pay for the postage. Carrier Calculated charges are used with purchases made overseas using DHL Express Service.

It will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. 

Domestic Postage

We are happy to offer our customers free shipping on all orders over $1000 within Australia!  We use Australia Post. The Aus Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. Delivery outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links. 

Snowsport International Pty Ltd takes full responsibility for any damages or losses that occur during transit. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above timeframes. 

Out of Stock

We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day, however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item at the same time. Should this happen, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
