Shipping Information
International Postage
We ship all international orders same day. If you are returning an item from overseas, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with carrier-calculated rates applied at checkout. Any import duties, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Postage (Australia)
We offer free shipping on all orders over $1000 AUD within Australia. All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, whose network covers over 80% of business and private addresses nationwide, including PO Boxes. Deliveries outside this network will be sent using the fastest available transport link.
Out of Stock Items
Our online store is updated multiple times per day. However, in rare cases two customers may purchase the same item simultaneously. If this occurs, we will notify you within one business day. If the item cannot be re-ordered, we will issue a refund immediately. If the item can be re-ordered, we will provide an updated delivery timeframe and you may choose to wait or receive a refund.
